48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
Within 48 Hours: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows / Less than 12 Hours: No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable.
